2018 Comes to a Close
It's almost impossible to say thank you enough to all of the people who made an impact for children during 2018.
We met many new people during our annual 5K with our partner, the Hilliard Davidson High School Band. And many of you turned out in force during the dinner/concert in November! During that time we were able to recognize three community partners:
Our My Comfy Kits program expanded to two more areas of the state during 2019 and a huge shout out to everyone who volunteered at backpack stuffings. We've impacted the lives of over 800 kids entering foster care for the first time in Ohio and we've got more planned in the years to come!
Finally, we rolled out a big program that's going to take some time, talent, effort and money to get off the ground. But we're hoping in a few years to have a program helping kids exiting the foster care system. Every year more than 20,000 leave the foster care system without the support of a family. We want to help impact their lives for the better!
Thanks for being a hero to kids here in the United States and around the globe!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
