Have an idea for a fundraiser? Want to spread the word? Have friends who want to help? Join us! There are so many ways to volunteer from simply helping out at OWR events, to organizing your own. Your ability to help is limited only by your imagination!
Organize a Fundraiser
Planning a fundraiser is one of the best ways you can help make a difference. It allows you to be creative and engage your friends and family organize an event that will not only help raise money for orphans and at-risk children around the world, but will also be the most fun for all involved.
You can plan a fundraiser at your school, church or somewhere in your community.
To make it even easier, we've partnered with internet crowdfunding and fundraising leader, Razoo, to help make your fundraiser fun and easy. Simply go to the OWR page on Razoo and click on the Get Started button along the right side of the page.

Volunteer Needs
We have our greatest need for volunteers during our two major events, but recently we've been growing and expanding and have need of a few, key, volunteers in the following areas:
-
Volunteer Marketing & Communications - if you're great with story telling and social media, we'd love to talk with you about helping us out in this key area!
-
Volunteer Program Manager - we need key volunteers to help us out in three areas:
-
education developer - developing and helping schedule and deliver adult-education programs centered around orphans, adoption foster care...etc.
-
self sufficiency practitioner - working with our programs internationally with creative ideas to become more self sufficient
-
If you feel like you've got skills in any of these areas, contact Doug Riggle, President, Orphan World Relief!
